"Anand Mohan (Mohan) works as a manager in a company owned by Pandurangam (Suthi Veerabhadra Rao). Anand uses Lakshmi Prasad in various ways to convince Pandurangam of his love with Padma. Atlast Pandurangam comes to know about their love and agrees for their proposal.
