Chakravyuh is the story of two best friends: Adil and Kabir. Adil Khan, a highly decorated police officer is posted to Nandighat, after a horrifying massacre of 84 policemen. A journalist is shot to death at the doorstep of Shanti, also a journalist, who swears to bring the culprit Vishtar Nath to book. She subsequently files a report at the local police station following which her house is searched and drugs are found.
